FIND HELP – How to Use the Tool

The FIND HELP tool assists in locating nearby support services in British Columbia (BC) by entering a postal code.

1. Enter a postal code into the search field.
2. Optional: Select “Use my Location” (device location must be enabled) and/or 24/7 services.
3. Click “SEARCH HELP” to view services on the map and side panel.
4. Use the distance selector to expand your search within 5, 10, 15, or 20 miles.
